Renters
If you are interested in renting one of our properties, please feel free to download and complete our rental application. Application fees are $20 per adult occupant, age 18 and over and they are non-refundable.
We require a $200 holding deposit to reserve a property. Holding deposits will be applied towards your security deposit. Security deposits are equal to 1.5 times the rent.
Most of our rental homes are pet friendly to responsible pet owners, although some owners will have restrictions or require approval of pets. Pet Deposits are $150 per pet. If you have more than two pets, this will require owner approval.
We have a "Smoke Free" Housing policy on all of our properties. We do not allow smoking inside the homes or inside garages. Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas only at least 5 feet away from doors and windows. Click here for more information on the Smoke Free Housing Law for Renters.
